Justin Doubet of Glasford  
 our Alwan Pharmacy & Liberty Village of Pekin
Patriot of the Month for September.
Justin is an Iraqi Veteran who served with 101st Airborne Division in Iraq.
And since his return, he has been very active in the American Legion
 and recently organized a softball tournament to raise money to be able to
 send care packages to the 101st division still serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Justin will be awarded an
American Flag
from Peoria Flag and Decorating
and a certificate from Larry Stimeling,
Commander of the 16th District of the
American Legion Department of Illinois.

Tom Maher of Pekin
 our Alwan Pharmacy & Liberty Village of Pekin
Patriot of the Month for August.
Tom is a Vietnam Vet who served with the Marines
and has worked many years helping veterans first with the
Illinois Department of Veteran Affairs
and now with the Veteran Affairs Office at ICC.
Tom has been involved in many veteran projects
including the building of the World War 1 & 2 Memorials in Peoria.

Tom was awarded an
American Flag
from Peoria Flag and Decorating
and a certificate from Larry Stimeling,
Commander of the 16th District of the
American Legion Department of Illinois.

William D and Merna Lynn McFall of Eureka
our Alwan Pharmacy & Liberty Village of Pekin Patriots of the Month for June.
William and Merna were nominated by their son,
who says he is very proud of them both
for serving in Vietnam.

William and Merna were awarded an American Flag

Senior – Vice Commander for the 16th District of the
American Legion Department of Illinois
during a ceremony at
Return To Pimiteoui on June the 12th.
